If it’s true that passion is the motor for every activities, we can affirm, without doubts, Ristorante “CAPADA’” runs rapidly, with the enthusiasm and love for cooking of Blandino Brothers.
The first one became a restaurateur was Pasqualino, which after graduation in 2002 at Istituto Alberghiero in Sciacca, he undertook a work way that brought him to collaborate with some of the most famous Italian restaurants, from Castiglione della Pescaia to Cantù, from Verona to Partinico, always with professionalism that it made him an appreciated and esteemed chef everywhere.
Pasqualino’s passion for cooking art infected in passionate way also Daniele which, after graduation in 2007, followed your brother in his job, attending a lot of stages at some famous hotels, from Venezia to Cortina D’Ampezzo, from Roccaraso to Selinunte. Determined under the proverb “United we stand, divided we fall”, Blandino Brothers made together Restaurant “CAPADA’”, that, although inaugurated only in October 15th 2009, it represents a reference point in catering sector in Ribera and around it.
Curiosity: name “Capada’” is born from the union of Blandino Brothers’ initials name, Pasqualino e Daniele, with the addition of Castrenze initials, which although is not directly involved in catering activity, he always encouraged two brothers in order to cultivate their passion and to realize a dream to undertake together a professional way dedicated to taste and to infinite passion for cooking.
